Hello, my name is Mark Blair. I've been a contractor in Missoula since 1977. A couple of years ago my wife, Sandy, and I bought Time Rental Inc. and moved it to 9393 Cartage Rd. at the Wye, where we also run Blair Excavating.  This unique combination of businesses allows us to sell screened topsoil, sand, gravel, decorative rock, and boulders. We can load your truck, rent you a trailer, or deliver and spread for you. We can dig your foundation, install your water and sewer systems, or rent you the equipment and help you do it yourself.

Troy Jodoin

I have worked in the construction business for most of my working life. Experience includes: Home building for 5 years, industrial, commercial, and residential electric for 10 years. Industrial plumbing, pumping, excavation, and public works projects for 8 years. I have managed a couple of businesses for the last 8 years including Time Rental and Equipment Sales for the last 2 1/2 years. On my off days you'll probably find Sammie (the dog) and I in the drift boat fishing. Most often it will be the Clark Fork River, but I get to the Mo quite a bit and try to find time for new water.

Perry Guyton

I have worked in the building industry for the last 21 years. My experience in home building includes the excavation through to the painting and every thing in between. I am also a licensed septic installer in the Missoula County and have done plenty of those as well as sewer hookups, water taps, roads, driveways, and trenching of all types. Off work I like to butcher some wood making furniture, as well as gardening, camping, and canoeing.
